BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Your Morocco Experience! We are happy to have you join us on your journey to Morocco to experience its natural beauty and cultural heritage. Before you proceed to book your tour with us, we would like to invite you to carefully read our Terms & Conditions. This explains and states the terms of services and responsibilities for both parts you and us. Once you book a tour with us, you acknowledge to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • Reservation: To reserve a tour, you must complete the booking process via our website then wire-transfer a deposit or full payment.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable 30% of the price is required to confirm a tour.

It is your responsibility to purchase your flight(s) and insurance(s) and to have your passport(s) valid until, at least, 6 months after the end of your tour. We will assume no responsibility in the following:

  • Failure to purchase your flight(s) or/and your insurance(s).
  • Failure to enter the Morocco for any reason.
  • Failure to have your passport(s) valid until 6 (six) months- at least- after the end of your tour.

 

  • Payment Methods: Payments will be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other secure methods available through our website.

For reservations no later than 60 days before starting date, a full payment is required.

  • Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tour itinerary details.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Remember that the 30% deposit is-in all cases- non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by You: If you decide to cancel your tour, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. The following fees will apply:
    • More than 60 days before the tour: 50 % refund of the due balance.
    • 40 to 59 days before the tour: 30 % of the due balance is refunded.
    • Less than 40 days before the tour: No refund
  • Cancellation by Us: If a force Majeure oblige us to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), you will be fully refunded or offered an alternative tour of equal value.
  1. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all guests have their travel insurance to covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and unforeseen circumstances. Your Morocco Experience will –in no way- be responsible for any issues outside the scope of our services.

  1. Health and Safety
  • Health Requirements: You are highly invited to make sure that you are fit to participate to our tours including activities such as walking or hiking. Make sure you inform us of any special need at the time of booking
  • Safety Guidelines: Throughout your tour with us, your safety is a priority. We invite you to follow all instructions provided by our drivers and/or guides and respect the local laws and customs.
  1. Tour Itinerary
  • Changes of Itinerary: Itinerary changes may be imposed by weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unexpected events. We feel obliged to notify you as soon as possible in case any changes must be done.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays or troubles caused by external factors such as transportation strikes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our capacities.
  1. Accommodation
  • Accommodation: We do our best to provide comfortable and high-quality accommodations. However, the type of accommodation may vary depending on availability and location.
  1. Liability
  • At Your Morocco Experience, we believe we should provide you with a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience. However, by booking a tour, you agree that we are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, whether during the tour or outside of the services provided by us.
  • You acknowledge that you are participating in the tours at your own risk and that we will not be held liable for accidents, illness, or any other unfortunate circumstances during your trip.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Respect for Local Culture: All our guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and cultural practices while traveling in Morocco. Disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted nor tolerated.
  1. Photography and Social Media
  • Photography: You are welcome to take photos during your tour, but please think of others’ privacy and respect the local regulations. Some locations may prohibit photography, and we ask that you respect those rules.
  • Social Media: By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  1. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions), Your Morocco Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel tours without penalty. We will make every effort to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements if possible.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of Morocco govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Morocco, unless otherwise agreed.
